The centre will identify the closest Authorised Service Provider (ASP) near the breakdown spot and put you through a conference call with the ASP.

The ASP will reach you and make the vehicle roadworthy. Towing and cab arrangements are also made for vehicles that cannot be repaired at the spot. The vehicle can be towed to the place of your choice or repaired at any of our outlets.
