It provides State wide service with multiple benefits such as: Towing, Flat tire assistance, battery jump start, fuel delivery, lock-out service, minor mechanical adjustments and additional services depending on the level of coverage you purchase.
Car being constituted by thousands of parts including rubber parts, electrical and electronic parts like bulbs, fuses etc., even modern cars have chances of breakdown External forces like accidents, nail/small stones puncturing a tyre, fuel quality, road conditions disconnecting wires/fuses etc., are causes of breakdowns. Improper maintenance/negligence or less attention by customers on car maintenance or very low usage of car etc., leads to car breakdowns.
Our Emergency Roadside Assistance covers the vehicles for which membership has been purchased. .
Your membership is activated immediately once you pruchase it. Your Membership card will will reach you in 20-25 days. (In case you purchase your e-Membership card online, you would receive it via email.)

Yes. Just inform TVS Auto Assist when you sell your car. And then tell us when you buy your new car. We will transfer Membership to the new car for the balance of the original Membership period.
No, Membership once purchased, cannot be transferred to a different user. However, if you’re convinced about TVS Auto Assist Emergency Services, you can the buyer of your car to enroll for the TVS Auto Assist Membership and help increase the TVS Auto Assist family
You, the customer, have to be satisfied that this service will not compromise your warranty with the manufacturer. At TVS Auto Assist, our main and only objective is to restore your vehicle’s mobility. In a case like this where your vehicle is still under warranty, we would take a declaration from you. This would absolve us from any liability relating to warranty with the manufacturer.
When you purchase a TVS Auto Assist Membership, you are not only buying Roadside Assistance, but also your peace of mind in the event of any emergency breakdown or accident. And if you have not availed of our services even once, TVS Auto Assist will give you a reasonable amount of No Claim Bonus at the time of renewal of Membership.
Yes, you may. But please note, non-membership rates will apply for the cars not registered with TVS Auto Assist.
Minor Mechanical & Electrical service, Key Lock-out Assistance*, Wheel Change*, Emergency Fuel Arrangement*, Cab Arrangement#, Accomodation#, Call Coordination are FREE for you. Other charges will be lievied as applicable. Conditions Apply.
Yes, all Spare parts and Consumables used, are chargeable to you. You can make the payment to the Authorised Service provider who attends to you.
No, you do not need to pay for labout for any job pertaining to Roadside Assistance. However, labour charges would apply for jobs other than Roadside Assistance, for example, if your car taken to a workshop for repairs beyond rectification on road.
TVS Auto Assist will bear all these expenses it their entireity, including call centre charges.
Yes, you can purchase as many Membership cards as the number of cars you have.
yes, tourist taxis are covered under TVS Auto Assist membership.
A: Yes, TVS Auto Assist covers road space all across the country (except limited coverage in Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states and no coverage in the islands)
